2018 Enterprise Culture Practices Sharing and Semi-Annual Reward Conference is Held

On Jul 14, the meeting was held at Ningxia International Conference Hall. The total attendants include management team, employee representatives, the to-be-awarded with their family and respected guests. More than 300 colleagues of Inner Mongolia base and Heilongjiang watched the conference on live.

The conference started with 8 colleagues to share their experiences of practicing enterprise culture. They summarized the processes of learning, idea transformation and outcome with deep emotion that touched everyone present. After a short break, 15 awards were announced to reward the employees and departments with marvelous performance at work. The awards lay solid foundation for the enterprise culture by enhancing the belongingness and pride of employees, which in return brings the employees more cohesive. Several programs were performed by various departments in between the awards presentation. Everybody was moved by the show “Master and Apprentice”, which was adopted from true event and expressed the broad mind, responsibility and friendship of EPPENers.

As the grand finale, president Mr. Yan addressed the speech “Changing for a better future”. It was emphasized that the development path of EPPEN was a solid proof of the strength of changing. In an ever-changing world, one must adapt to the new trends and face the challenges. During the speech, Mr. Yan explained the six new directions EPPEN would promote actively. The first one is broader business range. EPPEN would push for strategic transformation, a significant symbol of which would be venture incubation and international operation.

The second one is optimization for a more compatible structure. In accordance with the new strategy, EPPEN’s structure is reformed thoroughly to fit the management pattern. The structure needs to be optimized continuously to achieve the business goals.

The third one is higher efficiency. We will reform the traditional management pattern to lean management. With the help of lean thinking tools and information platform, we will strive to improve operation efficiency and quality, thus better comply with demands of customers. 

The fourth one is becoming stronger with complete industry chain. The strategy of each division is sound and clear. We will improve the competitiveness in both domestic and abroad markets by adhering tightly to the strategies.

The fifth one is becoming greener by emphasizing on safety and environment protection. For future development, we will continuously invest in environment protection with upgraded idea and technology to transcend the public’s expectation. Safety and environment protection are the solid base of EPPEN’s existence.

The last direction is becoming better by sticking to our enterprise tenet. EPPPEN would want to contribute to social progress while taking care of employees’ material and spiritual richness. This is EPPEN’s pursuit.
