In order to improving the field manage ability of our field manager, we banded with VMTA started "Field management training course"  in Yinchuan University during May 31th to June 2rd. Forty staff who are the monitors and directors of our company take part in the training which is totally closed training for three days.

We invited Wu Zhao Xin who are the production management expert in Taiwan. In class, Mr. Wu teaches in role cognition, field management and problem solving. The training goes in theory and practice and activity. Every staff concentrate on the training, at the same time, they also enjoy happiness after class. Our staffs are active in making statement in class and discuss the issue in their daily work after class. They show Eppen staffs style and got recognition from Mr. Wu and the teaching assistant from VMTA.

We hope the staffs who take part in the training this time can use the knowledge which they learn in three days to finish the homework and can share the knowledge with other field manager at the same time. They must shoulder the responsibility of field management and make great contribution for Eppen.
